1.Custom your own design. You can send us the design drawings or even a real shoes sample to our address. We will do according to your design, turning your ideas into reality.
2.Upgrade on the original mockup. You can change anywhere according your ideas like color, material, heels shape and height, upper, decorations, logo, package, oversize, etc. As long as the shoes tree is the same, we can make it. If you change the shoes tree, we’ll have to open a new mockup, the cost is higher.
3.Choose Our Latest Design. Every year, we spend over 5 million RMB to design new styles and make samples for our business partner to provide new arrival fashion shoes in local market with different seasons. Can we have sample before bulk order?
Yes, we will make a sample for your reference.
The production time of sample is normally 7-20 days, depending on how complex it is.
Sample fee also depends on complexity of shoes, pleas contact us to quote price.
Sample confirmation method can be sent to your address.
How is our order production progress?
We will update the latest production progress for you. Firstly, we produce one single piece of shoe as you request. Then, we take photos and videos to send to you for reference. Once you confirm everything is ok, we do the massive production. At last, we keep it in case you may order this design again, so we can find it and make shoes 100% the same as before.
How long is your lead time after payment?
The lead time depends on quantity, whether we have stock for them, whether it’s customized.
If you choose styles we have in stock, we can send them out the on the day of payment.
As for customized women shoes, if the design is very complex, we need to go to market to integrate accessories, the lead time can not be sure, only we see your design details can know that.
Regarding bulk order, within 5000 pairs per order, we will control the lead time within one month. The less order quantity is, the shorter lead time is.
There is a special time period before China’s Spring Festival, normally January or February each year. All factory workers and logistics staff will go on vacation, please make sure you plan order in advance, so that we can finish producing and send them to you before vacation, then you will not be out-of-stock.
What material you use mostly for ladies shoes?
Our factory is professional at all kinds of genuine leather material. Following pictures are our material room, we purchase and store top cow leather, sheepskin, nappa, suede with different brightness, softness and pattern. If you need other material like patent leather, pu, pvc, horsehide, pigskin, we can also find them.
What is your main market?
Our current business partners mostly come from European countries especially Italy, France, England, Russia.
Can we choose colors we want for our shoes?

What about the size accuracy and oversize?
Our factory is exclusive for orders from foreign market. In the process of satisfying massive, different, long-term market demands, we have been in constant communication and adjustment to make our size chart fits our partners’ clients. For extreme small and large size, we offer customization to solve, we’ve made sandals with 20cm heels, boots with 90cm length, flats shoes with EU size 50.
